Dunkin'

This Dunkin took forever. Nobody was taking orders and the employee was rude. We weren’t able to get our donuts and there was a huge line. The manager, or someone dressed up, told me “If it’s not on there, you didn’t put it on there when you ordered” when I asked for my drink to be fixed because there was no pumpkin (I DID order it). We ended up going in the drive thru to pick up our donuts since we couldn’t get service in the lobby. The drive thru attendant was also twerking when we got up to the window. Horrible service and disappointing…

Placed an order for 4 donuts. The jelly donuts were stale. Asked for bavarian cream twice and lady gave me white cream donut. The white cream donuts were placed in front of bavarian cream sign. So disappointed! Tried calling to let them know of mistake and just got a message that call couldn’t be taken.

I would not recommend this place unless you want terrible service and drinks full of air and whipped cream instead of coffee. First of all, I asked for a large chai latte with a small amount of caramel swirl, but due to the fact that the order taker was so panicked from the volume of customers, she kept asking me "caramel craze?" After a brief back and forth, I finally relented and just said "sure." When I received the latte, it felt light for a large drink. Upon getting home, I pooped the top open and noticed that the entire top portion of my latte was missing. I gave them benefit of the doubt and assumed perhaps the whipped cream had just flattened. Nope. There was still a good 2 inches of whipped cream. That means only half the cup was actual drink. And mind you, this was all done under

I went here to go get a jelly donut and was served one with white creme in the middle. I had to turn around and go back. I went inside it was a young lady and young man in there working. It was around 3 pm yesterday 10/25. I placed the bag on the counter. I told them I would throw it away. As I have worked in food service and know it is unsanitary for them to bring anything that has left from behind the counter back over the counter. Told them that they weren't supposed to do that. The young lady gone look in the bag like she checking to what's in the bag. That young man knew he gave me the wrong donut. Than gone get mad and laugh when I took the bag with my donut in it I asked what he was laughing at. He said you snatched it. Damn right I had a feeling he wanted those last 3 himself. I c

The one star I’m giving goes to the sweet young woman who took my order at the drive thru. She was very friendly and helpful. But for the second time our order was wrong. Last time my husband ordered and paid for 2 bagels and only received one. He realized when he got home. I know I should’ve checked this time too but why should I open the wrappers of everything to check for accuracy with a line behind me? Today I ordered 2 bagels with cream cheese and got home to give my husband the bagels and they were completely dry. No cream cheese. I double checked my receipt to make sure I didn’t mess up in any way but nope there CC was on there. I wanted to call dunkin to let them know so they can make sure they’re paying attention but couldn’t find a number to call. So I’m leaving this review here.
