Dunkin'

I've been to this Dunkin Donuts several times and have ALWAYS received top notch service. This past Saturday I went there with 2 huge orders and I'll tell you what, they went above and beyond. Super fast and friendly service! It's so nice to have a place you can count on.

No human interaction allowed i guess. Had to use kiosk because no eye contact from workers too busy with drive through. Both lattes were barely warm. If your interaction sucks, at least makes the drinks great.

Jamien Abbot really stole the show. He stepped up and provided me donuts. He also got me some water when I was thirsty. He knows how to run that place. Such a kind spirit! Manager vibes

I order a sesame bagel the same way everything. NOT CUT NOT TOASTED. VEGGIE CREAM CHEESE ON THE SIDE. Please just drop it in the bag. What is so hard? Occasionally, they are out, and I order an everything bagel exactly the same way. Today, I had to substitute for everything bagel, which is what I received ⁶ my daughter ordered the same toasted with her cream cheese on the bagel. My point is twofold. 1st, it is 2.99 for the bagel with cream cheese on the bagel or 1.99 for the bagel and 1.99 for the cream cheese on the side, making it roughly $4.00 for the same thing. I said just never mind on the cream cheese, paid and drove away. Upon opening my bagel it was CUT and TOASTED. My daughter showed me the paper on the bag, clearly stated, just the opposite! very bland at most, dirty decor, only good part was the service. We weren’t given any type of special service even though it is black history month. All is well besides everything. Bad experience, do not recommend.
