Dunkin'

I have been coming here every morning before work for 5/6 years. Within this past year they changed owners, I’m assuming, and they have gone downhill. My orders are frequently messed up and it’s very frustrating. I use the app and order ahead and I try to give them ample time to make my order and even when it’s not busy it’s not ready on time. My latte today literally had no coffee in it and it’s just hot caramel flavored milk. I always raved about this Dunkin because they were so personable, remember their customers, and cared about the quality of their products. Now.. this Dunkin donuts needs to just be avoided. I have been visiting this Dunkin’ location for about four years, and it has consistently provided a positive experience. During my most recent visit, I ordered a hot coffee, an iced latte, and a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant, all of which were fresh and well-prepared. The coffee was smooth and flavorful, and the iced latte was perfectly balanced and refreshing. The croissant was warm, flaky, and made with high-quality ingredients. The employee who assisted me was professional, friendly, and attentive, which continues to make this location my preferred stop for coffee and breakfast.

Hi I came to the store late in the afternoon and my drink wasn't made properly which was fine one of the associates asked to do it over again and I was fine with that. The supervisor by the name of Kunji was very polite and courteous and took care of my order expeditiously was very kind and apologetic he also stated I could take the drink that was made previous by the other employee he was very generous very sweet and very gentle when speaking to customers.

The physical location is well apportioned but their service is spotty. Food and coffee is above average and not watered down, but, again, wait times can border on ridiculous.

I’ve been going to this Dunkin for over 10 years. With that said the lack of professionalism amazed me. I don’t k is who Maria is but the staff couldn’t stop complaining about her… and basically stopped working. The guy in the drive thru window was just cursing up a storm. Ef this Ef that. I miss the old staff. I will not be going back. There was only one younger woman in there who actually cared and apologized for the rest of them. This location has declined dramatically since the staff has changed.
