I love you I love you I love you I love you I love you Dunkin I love you please never shut down I love you I love Dunkin I love everybody who works here you guys are so nice and so good at making my coffee I swear please never leave or stop working here if you guys ever go broke ill tip extra so you all stay cause my Dunkin has never tasted better

They had nothing available at 5pm and the cashier was not even apologetic and seem annoyed when I was asking what they had left. Came up to counter and he spoke to me flustered and rude didn't have any customer service skills, never apologized and was not friendly at all. Horrible service and product availability.

We visited the store four times. During our visits, we noticed the employees who took our orders were not well trained and this is not an issue because the employee may be a new hire. In one of my visits, I found out they overcharged me. Later it was refunded after showing it to the manager. On my last visit, I just asked the manager to find out what is the standard amount of cream cheese they give in a bagel (please see photo). I regularly visit DD in Tackett's mill and I know how they serve. She looked at me and heard my question but did not come close to me or even look at me to listen to what I had to say. She didn't answer my question but her reply was "Now what do you want" while she was browsing her phone. It was rude, this is not the service the manager is supposed to give.

If you’re ever running late, stopping here will double your commute time. Have never had an issue with this location until a recent assistant manager was hired. Now every time I ask for light ice I get 3/4 of a coffee. I’ve come to this location over 100+ times since they opened and now will never be bringing my business here again. Less ice does not mean less coffee, and the coffee I got was still FULL of ice. If any manager come across this, please promote Gwen at this location. They are fantastic and have fantastic customer service. Hopefully this issue can be resolved or I don’t see this location sticking much longer.

Friendly service but nobody in here knows how to make any of the drinks. You get a refresher it’s nasty. You get an iced coffee. It is white as a ghost. It’s unreal. This place needs to be shut down.
