Dunkin'

Dunkin’ is at the end of the terminal at Manchester. It wasn’t too busy while I was there, the gal working was friendly and with the $6 meal deal it’s the cheapest place to eat I the airport.

5:39pm Thursday 8/17 I walked by and no one was behind the counter. A girl was sitting on the massage chairs texting. I asked if Dunkin was closed and she said “they’re closed.” Didn’t admit she was an employee or even on break. Out of curiosity I put in a mobile order and just popped up at 5:46pm to make it then went back to the massage chairs. Shaking my head…. This girls career is cooked.

I don't know the employees name as she was moving/busy and was a 1 person show. Kept line going, took order with a smile. This location is lucky to have her, and as always, food was great! (Someone give her a bonus/raise.)

No employee to be found…not behind the counter anyway. Customers came and went. No service. No purchase. Then I spotted her. It turns out she was camped out in a chair across the airport corridor, watching customers come and go. She had herself a fan set up and her feet propped up. Ya’ll gotcha a winner here!

Small Dunkin Donuts located toward the end of the terminal in manchester airport. Selection is fairly limited as far as donuts. They do have some breakfast sandwiches and coffee. Nothing really wrong with the place but selection is limited and service generally seems unmotivated.
