Dunkin'

I have had multiple bad experiences with Dunkin’ Donuts, and the Maple Grove location just added fuel to the fire. This time, I ordered a large latte with light ice. What I received was a cup packed completely to the top with ice, the exact opposite of what was requested. I took three drinks and the cup was already empty. Three. Drinks. That is not an accident. That is not a training issue. That is a scam. At another Dunkin’ location, an employee previously told me that the liquid volume is the same regardless of cup size and that ice is used to make the drink appear full. If that is company practice, then customers are being deliberately misled into believing they are getting more product when they are not. Me and my coworker have been ordering from here for a few weeks now and as of recently we’ve been receiving drinks that have been made incorrectly and super milky. Definitely not what I was looking forward to when ordering this new drink.i was practically drinking straight up milk.

I ordered on 02/05/26 months app and went through the drive through. I didn’t receive my half dozen donuts and did not notice until after I left. I don’t live anywhere this location so it’s a pain just to go back. I have tried multiple times to call to ask for a refund and no one answers the phone. I don’t know how else to reach out. It’s $8.00 so not the biggest deal but still disappointing.

Not much to say about the food itself since either you know and love Dunkin or you don’t. It’s the same consistency as every other Dunkin location but this location is off the main road with very little signage to the entrance. Other than that, it Dunkin’ Donuts!

We ordered on the app and sat in the lobby for about 15mins and decided to get up to see where our order was. We saw what looked to be ours behind the counter just sitting there. When we asked the kid at the counter we asked how long our order was sitting there and why they didn't place it where people can see it. He rudely responded. I don't know your name. All he had to do is call the name or ask us because we were the only people sitting in the lobby. Very unprofessional and rude.
