Dunkin'

The two doughnuts tasted like yesterdays, and I asked for a large coffee, was charged for a large coffee, and didn't notice until I arrived at work, they gave me a medium coffee. Let alone the coffee really doesn't tastes like what I ordered. Maybe the cream is to much because it was supposed to be for a large not a medium. Disappointed to read previous reviews as this dunkin had always been so good. Going down hill? Stapler by cup for size reference in photo and you should be able to see the sticker for the order. Definitely not a large....my large last night from another dunkins was taller.

With prices going up, you would expect service to at least remain consistent. Unfortunately concern for your order being taken correctly is absent with most fast food these days, including this location. I asked for 2 fried eggs on our sandwiches, and they only put one. We stated we wanted cookie crumble in the coffee, twice, and they still forgot it. We have to turn back around and ask for it to be added. This meal was nearly over 40 dollars and they still forgot straws for all of our drinks. I don't understand why reading the order is so challenging in the south. Go up North, and they have your food ready in 5-10 minutes tops, and it's exactly how you asked for. Coffee semi hot then I waited 15 to 20 minutes for just a large coffee and end up getting a medium coffee thinking that I didn’t know the difference of a medium in a large coffee. I’m very highly disappointed in Dunkin’ Donuts. That’s why I will be going to Starbucks have a blessed day.

I ordered online. When it turned out this store did not have the drink I wanted, they were not apologetic. I even offered to take a less expensive drink as a substitute and all they would do is refund my money.

I experienced the worst interaction today. In the drive thru the employees refused to give me my coffee after asking me if I minded pulling forward to a parking space. I said I do mind pulling forward kindly. At that point the girl got another employee involved to approach me disrespectful. Tbh, Its fast food for a reason and nobody was behind me! I don't see a point to make my life inconvenient by pulling forward in a small space. So she argued with me from there and threatened to throw my HOT cappuccino at me. They closed the door to the drive thru and I waited an additional 10 minutes for my drink I never received. Absolutely ridiculous, unprofessional, they should be fired for refusing paying customers.
