Dunkin'

1st time visiting this location. Nice and clean inside and out. Great customer service. Went in to get breakfast and doughnuts for our team prep day. Doughnuts and my breakfast sandwich were good. In and out pretty quickly. Not sure about the price I paid for 2 dozen doughnuts but I dont buy often so maybe prices have changed. 🤷🏾‍♂️

I would be negligent to leave out of this Dunkin' donuts without sharing my experience. I walked in and waited at the counter for almost 5 minutes while the one person (Man with a ponytail) that was attending the counter was standing there talking on his phone. While I was standing there for that long time, he refused to acknowledge me. He even looked at me and then put his head down while continuing to talk on his phone. However, when a person of another person decides to come in with this little granddaughter, all of a sudden he was able to put down his phone quickly and come to finally ask for my order. No smile, no nothing. I wish they would do better with their customer service. I was going to order a matcha latte but I decided not to because I was so irritated. I just want one donut

I always receive any order in a sealed bag. No sealed bag was given today. Staff was rude and not pleasant. Do better or go home.

Terrible customer service. I normally always order online and every now and then I’ll get my coffee essentially half empty and when I call them out on it they tell me it comes like that and we can put more ice in it for you. But this isn’t why I’m leaving a review here. I’m leaving a review because of an online rewards order that appears to not be working. When I went to the store to activate it they told me it’s for mobile orders only, which by the way it says it can be redeemed in store or online. The rewards didn’t let me activate it so I asked if the manager could do it and gave her my phone so she could activate it, she couldn’t. Then she told me it looks like there’s a glitch and instructed me that if I have any rewards like that to always come in the store to activate it so I don’t

I can see why this location is under four stars. The guy who claims to be the manager has a very poor attitude and horrible customer service. Had to ask for my hot chocolate to be remade after the second attempt to fix the first attempt. In other words, three attempts to make a hot chocolate and nothing but attitude. The worst part is he blamed it on the employee when he was standing over the employee the whole time.
