experienced excellent service during my visit. The staff were highly trained, professional, and well prepared. When I sneezed after coming in from the cold, the manager promptly provided napkins without being asked, which demonstrated a high level of attentiveness and care. I can’t drink regular milk. Lactose intolerance. The lady and the guy have a BAD ATTITUDE. I will never come back again to this place. No only milk make me sick her bad attitude too. The only nice there is the young lady. I’m sorry girl you are the only one kind there!

Ordered an iced LATTE and got an iced coffee the service was rude and late waited over 5 minutes while they served other orders before mine when I finally got my order they put a piece of sausage in my drink

We love Dunkin Donuts! Since this one is located next to the Path it's a no brainer. The staff is amazing and does not mess up your order. The donuts and muffins are fresh and delicious and the coffee is everything you could ask for although really wish pumpkin was a year round flavor! For my daughter's birthday we ordered special donuts with a number on them. We also love the new sourdough egg bacon and cheese sandwich. It's SO delicious! The ten pack box of munchkins for $2 Is a great snack and deal, too!

Staff is very rude!! Waited for her forever, asked her whether i can order, ignored me the first time, so i asked again few minutes later, she asked me to wait. After she finally finished adding the coffee to the machine, she went and take the order of the person came later than me directly. She knew that i was there all the time. I think there's sth wrong with her or maybe it's actually discrimination against me, so I didnt order anything and left. Worst experience with Dunkin ever, will never come back.
