Old woman at the drive thru laughed at me and said I was ordering my latte wrong (I asked for a caramel latte with 3 milk and 3 sugar) so I clarified but she deliberately made it a completely different way (no caramel and no milk). It seems this woman has created problems at this location for months, causing you to get bad reviews, so I’m shocked she’s still employed. She’s patronizing, rude, and not well groomed.

Ordered a large Macha latte iced with a donut, once I received it, it looked full, it was mostly foam, yeap foam, you pay for a large and get the equivalent of a small, it's not worth it. Some of the attitudes can be adjusted at this location. Use to go all the time, had no problem.

Older women at the counter was irritated about having to make my family's 4 drinks and turned around and threw my people under the bus for it right in front of us to the staff. Very unprofessional. If you don't like making coffee, don't work in a coffee shop.

Just encountered the rudest employee ever at the register inside. She had the worst attitude, very combative, rushed our order, and made us feel like we were inconveniencing HER for simply placing an order. Wish they wore name tags so I could provide a name.

I just left this store and found the top of a milk container IN MY COFFEE. this is beyond disappointing and a major hazard. The line wasn’t even long for the workers to be rushing this much to make this mistake (not that it should happen anyway) but especially in this case.
