Every week I get a couple of iced teas one for my wife one for me. Then there are so many times that the staff forgets that the iced tea is out on the counter for us to pour for ourselves. I have to remind him of that probably 5 out of 10 times.
WE WENT TO THE LOCATION AND GOT HOT CHOCOLATE!!! After we went to crumbl in Salem.
I went to the drive thru. The guys made me repeat my order three times. When I got to the window they were fast but my drink was wrong. I ordered a medium tropical guava refresher with sparkling water. I got a medium mango pineapple refresher. I don’t like complaining but I’m allergic to pineapple and I didn’t realize it was wrong until I had driven away (I thought it was just really strong). The food was good and hot tho.
Waited in lobby for a simple medium regular hot coffee for close to a half hour before walking out emptyhanded. Go to a different one.
My wrap was made cold and not even put together... i was the only 1 in the drive threw so this is unacceptable that they didn't even make a effort ... 😡
