Dunkin'

We got a hot chai tea latte at this location. The drink was luke warm barely heated. Upon asking them yo make a new one that is hot the team said thats all they can do. My drink was so luke warm that I could literally chug it in less than a minute. The staff said there is nothing they can do. Me and my husband got 2 drinks for $14 and with prices that high why could we not get a hot beverage specially in this cold? This is Ohio not NewYork where ppl have to pay this much for 2 drinks and still not get what they want. I am very disappointed with this location.

Donuts are always wonderful. The kids loved the hot chocolate and the strawberry frosted donuts. Mt favorite is the sour cream and the cruller. 🙂 The decorated skeleton decoration is always a hit. Well done!

We went up to the drive through and lady that took our order she said “we close in 10 minutes”. We asked for whip cream and she said “that already comes on it it’s a signature drink”. So then she proceeds to hand us our drinks and not put whip cream on it. She was extremely rude when we came up to the window. I have never had this problem at the Starbucks down the road and will be returning there for now on. I have always received excellent top notch customer service here. I like Dunkin’s drinks better but I want what I paid for. She ruined my drink that I was excited to have. On top of that I am not PAYING MONEY to get service from a rude worker who had a ton of attitude for no reason. This is not our first encounter and I am done dealing with this disrespectful behavior. Expensive, but so is everything these days. The employees are super nice and the service is quick. I always see cars in the drive through because people like this spot.

I ordered a medium cappuccino but it was about 1/3 of the way down when I received it. Not sure why. The line was long but moved along pretty well.
