Dunkin'

made a mobile order today at around 2:30 pm at the Dunkin’ at Ben Gilman way. My husband walks in to pickup our order up and notices the coffees are iced. He then told the associate that we had ordered our coffees hot. She then responded with an attitude and said “yes you did” my husband then told her again and her response was the same. I then come into the Dunkin and attempt to explain to the associate that our coffees were supposed to be hot. She was absolutely obnoxious. She then said they do not make it hot. I told her that I had been there earlier in the week and had the coffee hot. She then responded it the most disrespectful way and I quote “no you didn’t” I then said” yes I did”. This went on back and forth for a bit. We then asked again if she could make the coffee hot . Once a

Leila did a fantastic job handling her line. Greeting customers and very efficient. DD needs more workers like her!

I've been going to this Dunkin for about 17 years! They're have a high turnover of staff, but the core staff makes things run as smoothly as they can during rush hours. Food and drinks are good. The line at the drive thru can get a little long in the mornings. Truckers off the highway need to park at Lowe's and walk over. Their parking lot is small and it's cut in half by the drive thru line, which makes it impossible to get out of during rush hours.

Quick stop for coffee before a early road trip. They were out of some creamers

The two young ladies can use training on customer service. No greeting, no response after thank you and it wasn’t busy so there was time to implement great customer service but that opportunity wasn’t taken. The 211 location is busier but has been known to be more efficient.
