Dunkin'

I’ve been at this place a few times, and service has been extremely good. Cashier greeting customers, helping his coworker with drinks and all that. The waiting time is minimum . Thank You, it makes me come back again for coffee !

PROs - location , service was ok , restrooms CONs - coffee taste not consistent Good location. Dropped by this Dunkin today when in Monmouth jn. Had ordered a latte with extra shot of espresso, but the latte tasted less “coffee’ish” .. that too with an extra shot it really didn’t taste like dark coffee. Even the regular coffee isn’t consistent . Some days it’s good and some days it’s really watery . Hashbrowns were ok. Nice and crispy .. service was awesome .. the guy making hashbrowns etc was so quick . Hardwork but he.made it look so easy . Kudos to him. Billing was quick too: .. few chairs inside to sit and eat. Restrooms are good . Overall a good experience but they could make it better with consistency in latte!!!

Great experience thanks to James, the manager & his team. He runs the store efficiently, supports his team, and maintains good service even during busy times. It really shows when a place is well managed.

Horrible customer service, place was empty no one but me and the two workers behind the counter saw me come in but guess their gossip was more important. If you don’t like what you do for work hey here’s an idea, go and do something else

This is my stop for my morning pick me up often the customer service is great especially when you're a regular customer. I've been going to this location for about 6 years now and it's almost like a second home. The gm is cool and the employees are just as great.. I've never had any issues or problems with this store so I'm gonna definitely recommend this spot for sure. I always order the toasted almond coffee and i also love the refreshers.To whomever is reading this go ahead and check this place out. I've you have the app on your phone it gives you all types of perks. I absolutely love going here.
