Dunkin'

Stopped in yesterday, just to get some coffee to wake up for the day and was greeted with such nice service. The two girls working the counter made the day more enjoyable and one sold me on getting a meal, the bacon jam sandwich. Didn't think of grabbing a bite to eat, but glad I did. Was very tasty.

The morning crew (5:45 am on Dec 28) at this location is amazing. Especially the woman running the drive thru. I'm not a regular at Dunkin so I wasn't sure what to get, she asked me what I normally drink and what I like and recommended a drink for me! Then walked me through customizing it. Super patient, not annoyed or impatient AT ALL. Then when the hashbrowns came out, the cook made sure to warn me that they were super hot. I wish I lived here so I could visit this crew on the regular! They need raises and promotions!

The Afternoon shift is completely lost. I don't think they have ever been trained. They don't know their own menu. They don't know how to make a blended peppermint mocha, They couldn't figure out the computer in the drive-thru. Another afternoon my daughter and her friends walked in and no one would help them or take their order. They stood at the counter for 5-10min. Finally saw a girl and had to ask her if they could order please???? What is going on with the Afternoon shift?

Coffee and actual donut was good, donut holes did not seem fresh and had a bare drizzle of icing. Napkin holders empty, and no TP in the restrooms. Gail who waited on me was nice.

Uh ... This dude, the worker really looked for me on Facebook. I don’t know if he found me through my credit card or my review on Google. He made me feel alarmed, so I had to file a police report. I didn’t call you names or yell at you; I only said, “Oh, idiot, and this is stupid!” It was to the action. (It was because you walked away from me and wouldn’t give me a chance to talk.) You slammed the door and told me to leave. I felt very humiliated as a customer after you said the bag was not cheap and told me to leave, then slammed the door. I just lost a close family member on Saturday at Montrose Hospital and am still grieving. I only stopped for my sick children who are at home and for some other people. I didn’t go there to look for a fight. All I asked for was to have my donuts put in
