Dunkin'

I stopped by the Dunkin’ Donuts in Moreno Valley recently and had a great experience. I ordered their new Butter Pecan ice blended coffee and wow—it was really good! Smooth, sweet, and the butter pecan flavor really came through without being overpowering. Definitely a perfect pick-me-up. I also grabbed a strawberry donut and a wrap. The donut was okay—not bad at all—but a little too bready for my taste. Still sweet and satisfying if you're craving something sugary. As for the wrap, just a heads-up: it comes out scalding hot! Be careful with that first bite. I actually let my car’s A/C cool off a few bites before diving in, and once it was at a good temp, it was totally worth it. One thing I really appreciated was seeing the staff let a homeless man stay inside to enjoy the air condition

Great place too get a get snacks when we come too the library.some how some way the conversation between employees got too comfortable n loud. thay started cursing as me n my daughter where eating n injoying are drinks in the store.there is a place n time too talk like that.its not work appropriate at all because it's right next too a library n family's go in there.please correct this action so this won't happen again next time we eat there n thank u you.from a faithful customer.

I’m both surprised & astonished on how this place runs. I’ll be honest I deeply understand when your handling a rush hour and there are only so many on shift to work but even when your done have some consideration for the people waiting to have their order taken inside the lobby too I can see just from walking in what kind of employees you have on duty from whom are the ones desperately trying to let you know their aware of your presence and others who slack in that category and have a desperate want to leave my 1st impression going went inside saw they had a rush understood they were busy but at least acknowledge your customers walking in and let them know you’ll be with them shortly I had noticed I had not been the only one waiting to be helped with, 2nd impression and quite unfortunatel

As other people have said in their reviews, they don't even say welcome when you enter the store. It's as if they're telling you to leave. It's a really awful store. I don't even want to buy a donut. I'm glad I left without buying anything. I don't want to spend a single dollar here. It's not worth it. The staff are awful. Does the manager know? Worst donuts I've ever had. Didn't this place just open? You would think donuts are soft, freshly made daily, and provide a wide variety. Had the macchiato absolutely the worst ever. Do not be fooled by the big cups. I've gone twice and now I'm never going back that's for sure. Believe me if this place was any good it would not be giving away its donuts. Glazed donuts were not even glazed. How can you screw up a classic? I'll tell you how by letting them sit there for days waiting for a fool to come by and think they're getting something good. This place is a joke. Went for a third time since it's just around the corner and even worse donuts. They were harder and less glazed.
