If I could give 0 stars I would, staff is incredibly rude. Went in around 11:30am, this girl behind the counter had black hair, I was standing waiting to order just a hot coffee and she spoke to me like I disrupted her whole day. The service really sucks here.

If I could give no stars to this store I would. Between the phone number never working to call and always getting the order wrong and you keep giving the benefit of the doubt that they will do good next time. They do not. They are extremely rude too. It’s absurd. You got an online order to follow I would understand if it would be in person order where the miscommunication would be but when it’s in front of your face and still argue about the order not being wrong its right in front of your face!

Though I understand it’s a busy location and the store is staffed, it seems like no one is actually focused on servicing the customers. I waited in line for about 10 minutes while on the clock, during which the cashier was arguing with the person making the drinks. It came across as very unprofessional and frustrating as a customer.

I don’t know why I go back here. The first time I went was a horrible experience. They are super rude. I decided to try them again because they were the closest. I will never support them again in the future. They are still just as rude and a customer in front of me even walked out. The service was not fast. Overall would give them no stars if that was an option.

Do not go to this Dunkin Donuts if you have a good allergy. In April, 2025 my son ordered via mobile app. They placed his receipt on the wrong ordered. He is allergic to tree nuts and they gave him a drink with hazelnut, almond milk and almond syrup. He realized this after one sip then he lifted the receipt and say their mistake. He spent 4 hours in the ER with several doses of EpiPen. Sadly, the owner and management refuse to acknowledge their negligence.
