Dunkin'

After a terrible experience at 681 E Main St, Mt Kisco, NY 10549 location I had to travel to this location to receive Proper treatment! The entire staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, as I expect when getting my early cup of caffeine! Thank you so much ladies! Busy, however said a simple welcoming “Good Morning” , and assisted me wonderfully. Much appreciated and the coffee was delicious!

The wait is over indeed! Took forever to get to. The highway said Exit 4 Dunkin Donuts. Ok I thought just off the highway. Not a scavenger hunt moving from one sign to DD this way sign to another. Almost gave up. lol. Place is impressive for a DD. Very clean. A lot of merchandise for sale and display. They even had a DD mountain bike. I went with an iced latte. Surprised to espresso machines so decided to give it a try. Came out good. Also went with some Boston crime star shape for the holiday

I've given this store many chances before writing an honest review, in the hopes that the next visit is better... As I intended to make this my go to Dunkin. However yesterday afternoon was my last visit. They will never see me or get my money again! - Terrible customer service. The staff is unprofessional. They ignore you and carry on with INAPPROPRIATE conversation. The worse staff members are a Brian and the lady with the red hair. - Must times they place your order on the counter without announcing it so you could be there for a while before realizing your order is ready. - I ordered a large latte when I picked up the cup, I noticed it was not as heavy as it should be. It was all foam. When I got home I transferred it to a regular size mug, needless to say it did not fill it

This Dunkin’ has officially lost me as a customer. Every single time I place a curbside order, no one brings it out, what’s the point of offering curbside if the staff never uses it? Today was the final straw. After waiting 20 minutes outside for my food, I went in and politely asked to speak to a manager and request a refund. They didn’t even bother calling the manager, just refunded me without an apology or any attempt to make it right. This is a recurring issue and today proved they clearly don’t care about customer service.

I have not come to this Dunkin Donuts and they have got my order right. This is the 6th time and the last time. Maybe its a language barrier. Pay $8 for one drink would be nice to actually get the drink I ordered.
