Dunkin'

We stopped by this Dunkin’ Donuts in Mount Morris as our first stop on a road trip. I ordered a Dunk-a-Latte, another iced coffee, and two breakfast sandwiches. Unfortunately, they completely forgot to make my Dunk-a-Latte, and I was left waiting for 5 to 10 minutes while other customers got their orders. Eventually, someone noticed I hadn't gotten mine yet and asked if I was still waiting, which was when they finally made it. While they were nice and courteous about the situation, it was frustrating to be forgotten in the first place, especially since I was just standing there waiting. On the bright side, the Dunk-a-Latte was made really well and tasted great, better than some of the other locations I've visited, and the breakfast sandwiches were okay. Overall, I'd give this place three

I went there Sunday. Went to drive through only a couple people inside 2 cars ahead of me. And I waited 10 minutes to get up to the speakerbox. Then she said I I'll be right with you. Then I waited another 7 minutes. 17 minutes still nothing, they've got to be yeah. The slowest pathetic drive through ever and it's not my first time there. screwing up the order. It's taken forever. They need to go to the exit nine dunkin donuts and get some learnings. I'm sure this place will close down because they suck so bad.

Something is always broke or not available on the menu. Ordered hot chocolate with peppermint mocha got coffee so blazing hot burned my lip attempting to take a sip. The snackin bacon 🥓 was primarily black burnt small pieces. I've gone back a couple times thinking just an off day. Nope 🙅‍♀️ consistent standards at this location. Very disappointing. Can't comment on the atmosphere. Went through drive-thru.

So we stopped to grab a breakfast sandwich and hashbrowns because we were running late at home. We sat and patiently waited until it seemed like a long wait so I got up and went to the counter. Both breakfast sandwiches and hashbrowns were on the floor at the pick up counter. I advised the staff and picked up the bags and sandwiches for them. I did not pick up the other items. Then i sat and waited for them to remake the sandwiches. 20 minutes later when we were leaving the hashbrowns still remain all over the floor. I understand working hard and fast but priorities should be reevaluated. The mess should have been cleaned up and when you make a mistake an apology should be offered. An acting manager should have jumped in to assist.

Tammy at window was great; very friendly. Food awful...bought 2 bagels with cream cheese and 1 bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. Asked to be toasted...none were or were barely because they were white and nasty. Disappointing... especially after what you pay and the wait in the line.
