Dunkin'

Absolutely no tables. So I guess the message is: "We want your business but we don't want you to stay here". Of all the Dunkin Donuts I've been to (nationally) this is the only one I've seen without seating, oh well, I guess the owner of this franchise doesn't think the people of South West Yonkers has no need to sit down and stay.

I wake up every morning happy knowing my 1st stop is Dunkin Donuts. The staff is awesome. The location is always spotless. There is always parking. Which is a major plus. Since I'm a regular. The staff already knows what I want . So by time I get to the counter. My order is already bagged and ready to go. The new location manager is awesome. She has the store running on all Cylinders. They couldn't of found a better manager. I cant wait until tomorrow morning to wake up and go get my coffee and see the staff smiling faces. That's a great way to start every morning.

A very pleasant experience here. A busy place to visit in the morning, and early afternoon hours. Been here a few times, fresh donuts, excellent coffee, and cold drinks during the summer, make this a popular stop. Only real drawback is the place is very small, and has no seating, is for take-out only.

They need to learn better customer service and how to make a cappuccino. Im a coffee drinker and I know the difference between coffee and cappuccino. Another issue I have is waiting on the line to long. Workers seemed confused like they don't know what there doing. Customer service is poor.

Service was fast and up to standard but I wanted sit in and have my breakfast. The manager told me they removed the seating because of the homeless people. So basically, everyone else have to do without to accommodate one group of people.Shame on you Dunkin.😟
