Great job on National Donut 🍩 Day Dunkin!!! Love having this new location close by!! So many yummy donuts 🍩 everyday!! Drive thru open so you don’t even have to get out of your car to enjoy them!! Visit this new location soon!! Yum🍩🍩🍩

I have never had an issue with the food, but the manager (I believe her name is Tara) is extremely rude and unprofessional. She is very quick to argue and I have seen her belittle the employees as well. It seems like staff is always changing, and she may very well be the reason for that.

I attend dunkin routinely 5-6 times a week. I have gotten to know a few employees and always enjoyed my coffee. Early this week i picked up a mobile order. Got 10 minutes down the road and the iced coffee had cream CHUNKS and a sour tatse. A new cream was opened and my coffee was remade. No big deal. This morning i went around 6:30 with my husband. We get to heading towards Smyrna just to find both of our coffee are wrong ( ordered coffee milk got regular cream) i drive the 30 minutes back and ask for a remake. I was then yelled at and belittled by the MANAGER. I believe she said her name was tarra. I asked why she was so rude. ( the car in front of me had to practically catch thier items, and they speed off) she responded with "i was actually nice to them". Sounding more surprised with he

I got a medium ice cappuccino and had it delivered. It arrived not full? I'm not sure what the reason for this is but I don't like it! We received other drinks with foam on top that were full. Did they run out of the right sized cups? Did they just not care and didn't fill it all the way? Was it spilled??? 🤔 After reading the other reviews, this doesn't seem surprising. I hope they build another coffee place in this area soon because I am too ocd for this!

Terrible terrible service. Super rude, not cordial cashier/drive t person. 6:55 pm 4/14/25. I just ordered online 6 donuts -chocolate with sprinkles/blueberry and glazed , super common ones! - and she only had 1. So she decided started being rude when I explained that I didn't have much choice and wanted a refund. So If you want to get simple frosted donuts and receive basic regular customer service, definitely go to another-of the thousands- of donuts places available!
