Do not buy here, W.Central is way better!. This location its horrible, the employees need better training as well as the managers. The orders are never right, always missing something or not properly made. I just received an order with the completely wrong sandwich and coffee once again (which prompted me to leaving this comment). Please check your order before leaving the store, taste the coffee to make sure it was made properly. And Don't even try calling the store because the number is not even working. If you show up while they are switching shifts be ready to wait to even get acknowledged. I used to manage this store under S.F management it was never like this. We were proud of our service, customer care and it was such a welcoming environment that made you feel just like home. **Do

I had a great experience at Dunkin’. The iced coffee prepared by Sai was excellent — just the right balance and taste. Sometimes my order can be tricky, but Sai got it right away in the frst try and really made my day. Appreciate his attention to detail and great service

I’m a bit offended by the fact that I came in when the store wasn’t busy at all and ordered 4 medium regular coffees and then comes in a group of 4 men in suits and they ordered 3 minutes after I had already ordered and paid and proceeded to order a mix of 6 different drinks and food and 7 minutes go by and somehow they end up receiving all of their things and I still haven’t received my 4 simple drinks, I’ve worked at a Dunkin before and it takes a minute at most to make 4 med regulars, Absolutely unacceptable service.

Legit walked in got a small caramel macchiato. Pretty simple. Walked out noticed there was no caramel walked back in asked if she could give me caramel she’s like oh I didn’t know you wanted caramel I was about flip out but instead I just pointed at the sticker on the cup that clearly says caramel and she said oh turned around and gave it back to me still with no caramel should have tasted in there. Now I’m in the parking lot typing this instead of walking back in and flipping out. Really annoyed with the lady and she gave me the cup back like this.

Ordered a large ice latte with almond milk. Saw the cashier put one shot of espresso. When I asked how many shots, he said more than one. I disputed and he became angry and told me to shake the cup. He refused to add any shot and consisted he was correct and slammed the counter showing how angry he was. He did the same thing when another customer asked for sugar. Very unprofessional. Wished I had taken down his name.
