Dunkin'

I have never had a worse experience from a Dunkin. My order is consistently ALWAYS wrong. I don’t think I have ever received my order correctly. I couldn’t even get my coffee order this time. I was told they couldn’t provide with my latte. Why can’t they call and ask if I want another coffee alternative. Horrendous service. 0 out of 10

This place reused my cup like I wasn’t going to notice . They are very rude and they speak to they’re coworkers like they don’t matter I need the number to corporate asap this place needs new managers or needs to be shut down

Went here twice today. I speak for a living and speak loudly, clearly and at a good pace at all drive thrus because I realize there can be background noise on both ends. Today, on my first visit, I had to repeat myself three times so far as what I wanted, to the point that when the employee repeated my order back to me, I had to say “skim” for a fourth time. This wasn’t difficult. I literally only ordered a Large Iced Mocha Latte with Skim. That’s it. That was the entire order and it seemed too difficult for the person working the drive thrus. A few hours later I went back and ordered the same exact drink. I received a medium. I did not pay for a large (supposedly—I didn’t bother asking for a receipt) but I’m not sure how the word large sounds anything remotely like the word medium

Came at 4:20 AM, when they said they’re open (4:00 AM).. staff ignored me for 10 minutes. Then when I went to order , The guy said he has nothing ready. Came back 30 minutes later, ignored again for another five minutes, attempted to me order breakfast, was told “the kitchen is closed “… It’s no longer 24 hours, closes earlier than website shows. Opens later than supposed to. Worst Dunkin’ Donuts around.
