Dunkin'

I am a Dunkin lover. It is all that we drink.That being said, today I ordered a small latte (low foam) and a regular coffee. Both were so weak, they tasted like just water. When I patiently explained to the young woman and young man there, they began to make excuses. Being a Dunkin customer for over thirty years, I knew that their excuses were invalid; things like “decaf is always weaker” or lattes have more milk .” I will never go back to that Dunkin. Had they offered to remake it or showed some acknowledgment, the outcome would have been better. Also, unrelated, the store itself was not as clean and well maintained as I have experienced elsewhere.

This Dunkin’ Was Very Clean, Had a Good Variety of Eats, the Staff Was Polite & Prompt, & Our Drinks Were Excellent.

Got the new Cocoa Mocha iced latte. Was very good but too much ice not enough latte. Now that they got rid of the word donuts on their sign, they should get rid of their donuts too. Or make better ones.

Every Dunkin sucks everywhere all the time for eternity. Stop giving them money.

I will definitely give them a 0 star 🤮🤮
