The glazed donuts and munchkins looked like someone licked all the glaze off(no glaze on them)And the glazed donut did not have anything on them I’m never coming to this place again and service was horrible and the atmosphere also The munchkins were not even good and I love munchkins!.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this Dunkin location. I came in for walk-up service and stood at the counter for several minutes, not a single employee greeted me or even acknowledged that I was there. I could see several staff members in the back, but no one came forward to help. Eventually, one employee came out just to take the trash out and still didn’t say a word to me or offer any assistance. A customer, not even a worker had to speak up and tell the employee I was waiting, and the employee casually responded that someone else was supposed to be handling orders. At that point, after being ignored for so long, I gave up and walked out. It was incredibly unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable. If your staff can’t manage basic customer service like saying hello

In this place, the service is very bad. I wanted to buy a coffee and use the bathroom. The service was terrible. I didn't buy anything or use the bathroom either. Bad reputation.

Not a soul at this Dunkin knows how to make coffee or one!!🤬 and when you pull up to the speaker no one say hi may I take your order? Straight HELLO (we are not on the phone sir!)
