Dunkin'

I recently visited this Dunkin’ Donuts to order a large Sangria Refresher with sparkling water, along with four shots of Berry Burst energy. I understand that this specific customization may not be directly entered through the POS system, so I offered to pay the price difference by being charged for an extra cup or a munchkin. I was told this was “not allowed,” which is simply not accurate. I’ve ordered this same drink at multiple Dunkin’ locations in the Newport, Narragansett, and South Kingstown areas without any issue, including at this location in the past. For context, I also work at Dunkin’ Donuts and have been an assistant manager for over 3.5 years, so I’m very familiar with what is and isn’t possible. this is the worst dunkin in rhode island. don’t go here go anywhere else. every time i go here they take forever, forget things, or are just rude. i’ve never been to a worse dunkin. no other store ive ever been to has this issue. look, i understand that i really shouldn’t be expecting much. but god, the dunkin in NK is fine . this one is terrible.

Worst Dunk on the planet, very horrible service and EXTREMELY SLOW. It took 25 mins to get a ice coffee in the drive thru. (More than once) inside isn't any better these employees have zero urgency. I recommend if you're in a rush, grab a coffee from somewhere else.

The workers at this Dunkin are hustling all the time. It’s usually so busy and they handle it really well. The staff is all really nice every time I’ve been here. Great job.

Poor service. There was no one around except us but the cashier wants everything done fast. Spacious. Has tables and chair for dine in. Parking space is ample. Has a drive thru. No high chair. Accepts credit and debit
