Dunkin'

I’m very disappointed of this restaurant it was my first time coming here to this location and they gave me my sandwich cold and I asked if they can remake them and they said Dunkin’ Donuts tell him a certain way to remake the order when I know I work in the restaurant industry what they were doing it was a health violation. They can intoxicate customers with the food, including it was pork. I want a refund.

Don't bother wasting your money on any large drink. They fill it like it's a medium Anyways leaving a legitimate gap in the cup to the point its upsetting. The atmosphere always feels like they don't want to be there. It's almost mentally exhausting being in there.... and when we arrived home opening the box was sad... putting donuts that have icing on top upside down is wild....like thanks for my donut with no maple since it's all on the bottom of my box....

I asked for cream cheese got charged for it . But my bagel did not have any

It was a little hard to submit this review, but I want others to know and even the owners to see this. Every time I go inside, the owner which is a light skin tall man is there sitting on a high table. He literally just stares at me and watches me like a hawk. On Thanksgiving day, I ordered a large order, because I bought all my neighbors donuts and hot chocolate so I had a lot of food. I was getting napkins while I was waiting for my order and he kept staring at me like he was bothered that I was getting napkins or something. I don't want to say this, but I really feel, he doesn't like black people. The whole staff is one race, and he looks very mean while staring at you. No smiling, no hello, just staring you down. I will gladly go elsewhere and support a different business that actually

If I could give a zero, I will would unfortunately that’s not a choice. I’ve been going to this place for the past year and it’s just getting worse. The customer service is horrible. The ladies in the window it seems like they’re pissed off that you’re even there the staff is not the same staff that was before They’re constantly moving people and it’s just becoming worse and this is the disgusting bagel. They gave me today not even the whole cream cheese spread.
