No point of getting a sandwich here if the bacon always comes out like this. Every single time I get a sandwich here the bacon is RAW. It’s absolutely revolting
I usually don’t leave reviews, but the service at this Dunkin’ really needs attention. There’s a shorter woman with dark hair who’s incredibly rude and unprofessional. She constantly complains about cooking and makes nasty comments about customers, including calling people fat for ordering food. I know this because I was one of the people she said it to. That’s completely unacceptable and embarrassing for anyone just trying to grab something to eat. Another girl who was working was really kind and actually apologized for the other woman’s behavior, which I appreciated. It’s not her fault, but it says a lot when another employee has to step in and make up for someone else’s attitude. Management should definitely take this seriously.
Coffees made wrong, ordered 2 ice coffees one medium one small both made regular w a swirl. The small was just coffee and the swirl. Both not blended. Barely any ice. Nasty. Will not be back. Also no bathroom.
Couldn't take the correct order. Manager was too busy hiding and not managing. One of the kids finally came over and corrected the order. What should have been a correct order in under a minute took 10? Incompetent manager.
This place has the best customer service. So friendly! Coffee was fresh and tasted great! Thanks for making my day with the little note :)
