Dunkin'

This place needs one or both of the following because my experience was terrible. I am comparing it to the other D&Ds I go to on a regular. Either the machines are broken need calibration or faulty. The other option is to retain the staff. We got the same latte we always get and mine you it was a mobile order so it was all on writing for them. It was missing vanilla shots, no sugar. The egg bites were cold. The loaded hash browns were not done correctly. We were given one spoon and no forks. No napkins. No apology or explanation. One more thing the donut was stale. Definitely left over from the night before. Hopefully a supervisor or district manager sees this and takes action. Respond to this and I will visit again and change the review.

They barely gave me a top piece of the croissant which made the cheese stick to the wrapper

My experience at Dunkin' Donuts was my first time at this particular location, and I must say it was quite a unique one. The place seemed to be in an inconvenient spot, situated on a busy street, making it challenging to access. As I approached, I noticed that the drive-thru lane was packed, extending all the way to the entrance of the street. However, despite the initial concern, I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the line; it kept moving smoothly, and more people quickly filled in behind me. When it was finally my turn to order, I requested a large hot black coffee and a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. The employee attending to the drive-thru window was exceptionally quick in taking my order, which helped move the line along efficiently. I was impressed by how swiftly

Got the food with not wait time after our order!

one of the workers was very mad and rude. she is rude every time i go. the food and drinks were good but she was very mad like always. if you don’t want to work and you’re going to be rude to people then look for a different job.
