Heavier set women with the glasses is the rudest person I’ve encountered in a long time. When I ordered half a dozen she kept rudely screaming, “how many!? I need a number!” Half a dozen is 6, common knowledge. The then gave me a single bag and said “here!” And when I stated something was missing she said “I know! It’s coming!” What happened to communicating during these interactions. Someone needs retraining.

Love coming here! A couple of the sweet girls who work here remember our order (and make it perfectly) and always greet us with a smile! The OnTap coffee is better than the regular stuff, too.

I read my coffee order directly from the app “cookie dough cold foam iced coffee”. Didn’t change it at all, wanted it exactly the way it comes. I had to repeat it 3x. They didn’t ask what size, just automatically gave me a large, but it was just a regular iced coffee. When I got to the window, I said again what I ordered and the girl said “well it wasn’t rang up that way” and turned around and added the foam. Then I showed the picture from the app and said “this is what I ordered-cookie dough cold foam iced coffee” and she said I had to park. I refused stating I had read my order directly from the app 5x by this point and she said “then I’m not going to be able to help you because I’m on a timer” and closed the window in my face. I DO NOT KNOW WHY I KEEP COMING BACK. NEVER AGAIN. I always go through the drive thru the coffee always taste bitter and burnt. The girl in the drive thru is rude. I just ordered munkins and I got one with MOLD on it !!!!!!!! Worst DUNKIN IN TOWN

Rude service. You only get 1 piece of bacon per sandwich. They crumble it up and spread it out. You pay 5 bucks for that! When I asked for a order of bacon she would tell me to get back in line! How ridiculous! Never go back to this particular DD
