Dunkin'

Every time I come to this location the atmosphere is unwelcoming, it’s the closest to my house so it’s convenient for me before work, but The staff chooses who they say Good morning too. They don’t smile and they always give un tasty food. It’s either burnt tots, bacon or un toasted bagels, drinks are never consistent in taste . I asked today for a Dunkinlatte I was told they didn’t have it. Ok fine I ordered a shaken chocolate espresso ,Then I was asked to pull up to the white line after paying. ( apparently to wait for my food) and when I did move and waited I was greeted this a unpleasant face no Thanks for waiting, sorry for the wait, just a hand off and a walk away like I was in the wrong . my food was cold and tots again burnt and bagels un toasted .. I will NEVERRRR go to

Hair on my friend's bagel bite. And we waited in the drive through for 15 minutes there were no other customers it was just the two coworkers talking to eachother about random stuff and we were just sitting at the window waiting. They kept forgetting all of the stuff we ordered.

Another delivery fm here... * not only do they not address you... they actively try and avoid you when you are waiting. Staff has an attitude and move in slow motion U should hire people that want yo work Delivery driver... Full 5 min in the store before I was spoken to. There was no customers in the store... couple in the drive thru. * the one making the food. Didn't even know of the order... so that hadn't been started Mind u it took my over 6 min to drive here. So over 10min later they started working on KNOWING the order needed to be worked on... waited over 10min

For the first time in many years, I stopped by the drive-through and was greeted by Jaden. Jaden is an excellent employee with outstanding customer service. Thank you, Jaden. All of these stars are for you 😊

This place is was extremely disappointing! I just wanted to get a quick coffee but took 30 minutes to receive. It took 10 minutes to actually place the order and then 20 minutes to actually receive my order. It was not busy at all too. Then they messed up the order and took long to fix it.
