Dunkin'

I’m unsure what’s happening lately but I’ve been getting my order handed to me without a bag, which is confusing. I asked for a bag and the worker seemed confused & brought a massive plastic bag, literally enormous. Two toddlers probably could’ve sat in it (though I wouldn’t recommend because they could probably manage to get lost in its spaciousness.) The food had fallen out into the bag which was frustrating as I was trying to figure out this rather confusing predicament. Why was I having to bag my own food for one… for two, why did I receive such a humongous bag?? Dunkin used to always put their items in the paper bags before handing it to you. I’m pretty sure 99% of fast food places do?? So I could not for the life of me understand this mind boggling encounter. I figured it was just a

Very clean environment and the donuts were fresh. I only reget they had no fritters.

Ordered through doordash and they forgot something. When I reordered it, they sent me a little note with it❤️ and that's why I'd go to dunkin a million times before I go to Starbucks

The mornings are great, after noon, the coffee, food, and service take a dive. From ordering hot lattes and getting them ice cold (in the hot cup) to getting orders wrong, to being upset that the order is wrong, to giving people other people's orders, to poorly assembled food. I highly suggest staying away after noon, because the morning time is when they shine. Perfect orders, friendly folks, tasty food. Also, when did the lattes begin feeling so watered down? I have to get an extra espresso just to taste the espresso in the drink.

I have been to this location many times in the past couple of months to get a drink that isnt even past the k on the cup in dunkin on a large. (Not even half full) for a $6 or $7 coffee is disgusting. 2 sips of a drink. And yes i have called and complained on other occasions and nobody rectifies the issue going forward. I am sick and tired of getting a cup that is 3/4 foam and 2 sips of coffee. Half a cup of coffee............ unacceptable
