We had a function today, and ordered 2 dozen donuts and two cartons of coffee. from the Oxford store yesterday. Thanks to Kim and her staff, everything was perfect. The coffee was hot, the donuts delicious, the order was ready on time and all of the condiments were packaged for us. Kudos to a job well done.
Oxford Dunkin’ does a great job! Their manager really works hard and she is there all the time supervising the employees. I appreciate them and their service
Only reason I gave 2 stars is because last time, which was the first time I went and the girl was very friendly. Today I ordered my drink with cold foam, and he put it on the counter with no cold foam. Having the hectic night I had, I wasn't about to complain until he gave me a dirty look. I said it there a problem and he said you were looking at the drink weird. Like a smart ass. I said well I ordered cold foam, and I wasn't going complain, he took the coffee rather aggressively, and basically threw it back at me. Again, I had a long night and wasn't about to ask for a refund, but maybe we need to have a talk with staff on customer service. From what I can see on the reviews your franchise is lacking in that department.
I came in this morning, Excited to start my day and grab my coffee, But when I walked in there was a cashier that was eyeing me down when I walked in then gave her my coffee order and was very rude like , And completely unprofessional her tone and her body language. Didn’t even let me finish my order she kept cutting me off not only to me and my friend. This Dunkin needs to work on the customer service this is completely uncalled for .
Worst Dunkin I've ever been to you'll sit in the drive through for 20+ minutes. It's nothing but young kids that work here that don't care about the store and is extremely rude. I work right next door an would go here every day but I have had way to many bad experiences here so I only go when I have to this place needs to be shut down or be put under new management. Every time I do go here the order is almost never right. Neither cup was filled up correctly with my order today so I didn't even get my money's worth an I work in retail so it's not like I can just go back or wait another 20 minutes or more to get it fixed
