Dunkin'

Worst Dunkin in the area. Iced Coffee always taste watered down and stale. This is the only Dunkin I have been to where the coffee is noticeably different. Even the coloring is off with the coffee. Service has always been and issue... seriously it takes forever even when ordering pick-up from the app. Would be nice if I could frequent this Dunkin however their subpar product and lack of timely service doesn't allow it.

Was online for half an hour, nobody called to take the order online for car drive, when I went next to the cashier the guy said I have to go back to the line, cuz I will take the line and I didn’t ordered yet. That is most zero customer service place Dunkin’ Donuts ever! Why I have to go back if you didn’t come and didn’t take my order over the phone? How long should I wait online. Thank you for the cashier lady who helped me to take my order however still gave me wrong orders. That is not the first time I am having wrong orders. The other day they just forgot to give me donuts and I have to drive all the way back to come and ask for it. Poorest place ever. Obviously manager is not working good here. Don’t go. You will be absolutely disappointed!

Used to be an amazing Dunkin but the past couple weeks have just been horrible. Service is slow as can be. I waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes at the window even tho I ordered ahead. The drinks aren’t made correctly anymore, the bacon is always burnt. The manager needs to ensure better training for the new people

I got an iced latte from there and it was so good. I had to go back through the drive thru to ask who made it!! Will definitely be back and now this is my go to dunkin thank you Ellie!!
