Dunkin'

Out of the 5 times I've been to this place since September 2025, EVERYTIME a menu item I was interested in was "not available". Today, the associate chuckled when saying their favorite line, "we're out". Why have a menu if 70% of the items are out of stock? Keep the doors closed at that point. The atmosphere is horrible. Sticky counter tops, and horrid customer service. The times I would walk in the reps were alawys out of touch with their CS skills, no greeting, and poor management. Leadership needs to take accountability and remember to restock items. In addition, take some classes on basic human interaction and retail service. This Dunkin is the WORST location I've been to in the nation so far.

The coffee is always on point, love it. I’ve been going to this location for 3 years, you only get good customer service from the store manager, everyone else is always mad or irritated. The work atmosphere seems hostile. I feel bad for the workers, you can tell that they are mad at management but take it out on the customers.

I went this morning 9/25 around 10–11 AM. The speed and order is always on point here, but the customer service isn’t, like today. The young girl with glasses working the drive thru was really rude, and I don’t think this is first time I’ve experience that from her either. Right off the bat when she told me to wait a second (I hadn’t even tried to order I was just responding to the automated voice for the app) she sounded annoyed, and kept the tone the entire order, it was very uncomfortable. It sucks working a rush, or being understaffed, etc, but it’s 0 excuse to be mad and annoyed at customers ESPECIALLY those who do nothing but order and don’t give you a hard time at all…. Maybe don’t work at a coffee shop in the morning if you don’t want customers, and it was the morning like what! H

I'm a regular customer, I go on a daily basis to have my coffee ☕️ 🥐🍩.All the employee s great me an wished me a good day.

I’ve been obsessed with the cookie butter flavor so I come a lot, the staff is always super sweet & they always ALWAYS make the drink taste just how I want it , ive been to other 3 locations around houston & they can’t compare to this location :)
