Dunkin'

This location needs serious attention from management or corporate. The evening shift lacks basic customer service standards. ​Inventory: They are consistently sold out of donuts every night. The few leftovers are incredibly stale. ​Service: Staff is discourteous and makes you feel like a burden for ordering. ​Professionalism: Tonight, the employee refused to make eye contact or greet us because she was deep in a loud, inappropriate conversation with a friend. There was also a child behind the counter. ​It is disappointing to see such a lack of care. This Dunkin' needs better hiring practices and much better inventory management to provide a basic, acceptable level of service.

I went in to pick up my mobile order I placed 20 minutes before arriving. There was only one other customer there and she was waiting on her order. My order was missing its sandwich. The workers were either oblivious that there was another customer there or intentionally ignoring me. I gave them a few minutes to realize I was there... nothing. I then try to get one of their attention by saying "excuse me" with a kind tone. Nothing. I say it 4 more times until one of the two ladies there turns around and say "no no, I don't handle things with customers. I stay in my own little spot, whatever you need, needs to be handled by her" as she points to the only other employee there. I'm flabbergasted at this point as it was now obvious she was ignoring me on purpose and I didn't do anything to war

Waiting to be acknowledged for several minutes.. no eye contact and no greeting..I know that it gets busy but a simple “ will be right back to you “ would have been nice. Bad .. very bad customer service!!!

Terrible dunkin place to order. I ordered a sandwich but cheese was cold which i dont mind. I would of prefere melted. What gets me moody is that customer service is terrible. They ignore you! They just laugh and pretend there is no one needing service. This crew needs to be changed to a crew that actually are willing to work. Just Saying...

It should be zero stars. Not only bad service but actually rude and waving her hand at me as if to shew me away for asking a simple question politely. The music was so loud, offensively loud.
