Dunkin'

Every time I head to macy's always stop here for some donuts. There's this old homeless man who is there every time aswell, calling himself the "defender of this dunkin." Its a running joke in my family now, and we go back every time to see him and the dunkin. Good place otherwise, donuts on time and hot chocolate! 4/5.

The staff used to be better and fast but I’ve been here twice in the last week and I’ve put in a mobile reorder and didn’t receive it until after 20 min of waiting. There were maybe 3 customers in person when I got there both times and no other mobile orders. The staff don’t move with any sense of urgency. In today’s experience, I saw my ticket not even touched for 15 min. I was even asked twice about what order I was waiting for and that still didn’t prompt anyone to move to make my order. They only started making it after 3 ppl who placed their order after me received their orders. I had to say “I put my order in at 9:45” and at that point it was 10am. The man at the hot food station was just confused and didn’t know what he was making, as well as not coming to his station for 10 min aft

Lady burnt my bagel then didn’t put cream cheese on it also I got something for my mom she has milk allergy they gave her whole milk she was in the hospital 😐

There wasn't much variety and I was trying to pull the app up in my phone. I was apologetic to the rude male clerk about it taking a moment longer. He had no courtesy and made a comment, when he saw a woman walk in the door. Something like: "I have other customers to wait on".... What???? There was NO ONE else in there and the woman at the door was not at the counter yet. She also went to the other side. When I told him that, a little Indian lady came up giving me a cold stare. I said "is there a problem"? She just shook her head and I left. NEVER AGAIN! The only good thing about this DD, is that it's in the convenience of the Concourse.

Coffee drinkers beware. This location as well as 18th and Oregon water down their coffee. I promise it taste like hot water with a hint of coffee flavor.
