Dunkin'

Went on a Sunday (March 1) at 11:20 am. Ordered an unsweet iced tea and was told they don’t serve iced tea in the morning. It was nearly lunch time, I’ve always ordered iced tea from every Dunkin I’ve been to at all hours of the day. Then I ordered a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese. The bagel was so lightly coated with cream cheese that it was undetectable. At most Dunkin’s, I have way more than enough cream cheese. They also did not include napkins in the bag in the drive through. How is this not automatic? I switched to a medium coffee and it was fine. Only reason for 2 stars. The general sense from the employees was lack of care and interest in serving a customer.

Petersburg runs on Dunkin 🍩 ❤️ location was clean. Not sure how quick the drive thru is because we went inside. They were sadly out of stock of my favorite donut so I opted for their 6$ breakfast combo. Hash-browns were seasoned which was good. Bagel was nicely toasted and the egg was cooked through. Iced PSL was good.

The new hash brown brisket scramble is TRASH. Very salty, splintered pieces of brisket and spicy Cheese sauce. I didn’t even noticed any eggs underneath all of the junk. I was expected melted shredded cheese and cubed brisket. After 2 bites I trashed it; waste of $5 just like that! 🫰🏽 Also they are expensive. Charged $4.39 for large tea. Best deal was the super fresh glazed donuts. Two for only $3.18.

In my order, I asked for a plain toasted bagel because I have an allergy. They gave me a toasted bagel with sausage, even though I said I wanted a toasted bagel without anything. Guess what they did? They just took out the sausage! What about me? Should I die just because some people can't do their jobs?
