Dunkin'

Staffing issues are clearly an issue when it comes to customer service. Came here at 6pm no line of cars at the drive through. 4 cars outside at this location. Waited 5 mins at the intercom to order & spoke out to see if there was anyone, I waited fter a couple of mins, again there were no cars ahead of me in line. I went to the drive through window no employees in sight. Waited about the same time. I gave it the credit maybe the intercom was out of service. I called the store too, a girl picked up & i explained that I have been waiting. She yells to the employees in the back and then hangs up. She did apologize but staff needs to be more aware of their surroundings, as they're clearly distracted at work doing other things. Ive also had issues at this particular location with ordering 4x,

I love my Dunkin coffee!!!! They are so busy but still make sure they are nice. I love it. That's customer service when they say plz and thank you.

I ordered a medium hot coffee and everything was great till I got home. I took a drink and spit it right back out, ended up vomiting. I got a mouth full of coffee grinds. That was disgustingly gross. No way the employee didn’t know this when she poured it in the coffee cup.

My absolute favorite donut place in Plattsburgh. We drive from Montreal to Plattsburgh just for the donuts. All the crème donuts are the best, so are their Boston cream. We love their siganture iced lattes with seasonal flavors. The service is always great at this location. The ladies are so sweet and welcome you with a nice smile.

Bought some donuts and munchkins- a very nice treat! The young lady that served us was very, very nice I would go back based on her service.
