Dunkin'

Just went to this Dunkin today and had an amazing experience!! Didn’t catch the girls name who served us but she was super sweet and made the experience pleasant. Our order came out quick and correct and we loved her outgoing and bubbly personality! Would definitely recommend this particular Dunkin on McNab to my peers.

OMG!!! Where do I even begin!!! I drove there to get a mango protein refresher and a stuffed croissant. I was handed an ice coffee, I told the lady that I didn’t ordered coffee and I usually paid $9 and change. Brandy the drive through employee told me it’s $11 I nicely told her that I usually paid $9$ OMG Brandy started immediately insulting me I was like whoa..😳 I don’t want to fight I just want get what I ordered. She replied the only thing you’re gonna get is your refund. I was in disbelief. She said a bunch of nasty nasty things to me over and order she took wong!! Unbelievable!

Why would they even serve this to me? This is the food I got at Dunkin' Donuts! I knew I should’ve gone to the Dunkin' farther away. I should have listened to my gut. Never coming here again. They clearly don’t care at all.

The “manager” Kassie (she even spelled her name for me when I asked for it for this complaint) was by far the most unprofessional and rude employee I have ever encountered. While I was trying to order my coffee, she insisted the drink I wanted “no longer existed.” When I tried describing it, she was dismissive and belittling, telling me it was discontinued. To make it worse, she repeatedly put the speaker on mute while I was trying to talk, and then carried on a personal conversation with another employee about their vacation leaving me stuck at the speaker. When she finally returned, I had to clarify if she was even speaking to me. She then handed the order over to another employee, Ms. P, who was polite, professional, and immediately confirmed that the drink I wanted is still on the me

Though I love donuts, I only eat them once in a while. I decided to stop this Dunkin location to get one of my favorite donuts - Boston Kreme. The business was large with adequate seating for customers to relax and enjoy their quick bites. Their menu offers a vast variety of hot/iced/frozen drinks, donuts & baked goods, sandwiches & wraps, and much more. In honor of Valentine's Day, some of the donuts are heart shaped. There's even a table in the middle of the store where you can pre-order your donuts for Valentine's. It didn't take me long to devour my sweet tasty donut, and since I downloaded the DD app I can view the member exclusive deals for the month. Will be back to order a half dozen box of goodies soon.
