Dunkin'

Ordered through a delivery app and texted to let just let them know since they are a 24hour Doughnut shop to just double check that the doughnuts are not to “old” or stale. (Been getting a few in the past few months if you don’t get there first thing in the morning). WHAT ENDED UP HAPPENING! THE. SENT ALL STALE DOUGHNUTS! MOST I DIDNT EVEN ORDER! Only a few I ordered! I had to throw them all out cause I don’t know if they fell on the floor or took them out of the “trash” or whatever. Licked them,etc. Very Vindictive. Needlessly rude. Just refuse to fill the order! All the items were available on their site! I wouldn’t go there. They are obviously just not very ethical, clean, or business minded. They are going to learn the hard the way. If they’re lucky.

I've been to this place twice, and the customer service from the cashier this Saturday, January 10, 2026, at 7:47 a.m. is horrible. It's not just me; she treats other customers poorly too. Show some respect for the customers, especially since we spend our money here. The coffee is good, but the cashier is very arrogant.

No problems here. Nice little parking lot, plenty of help behind the counter. Service was quick and efficient. Coffee was great, and the doughnuts were fat, fresh and moist. Bathroom available, seating available. Place is kept very clean. And it is accessible ♿️. I liked it.

I always go to this Dunkin Donuts and have never had a problem but after this experience it's safe to say I won't be returning for a long time. I always order on the app for pick up, and I always order my lattes with almond milk. I'm a regular I'm sure they recognize my face by now every time I go in as my order is usually the same. However, I made a mistake and accidentally ordered my latte with regular milk. I'm aware that it was my mistake so I first tried to see if I was able to drink my latte as it is and call it a day, but when I took a sip the taste was different. It wasn't terrible it just wasn't the taste I was used to, so I went back in and told them I made a mistake with my order (again not blaming them for my mistake as it was on me) and asked them if I can just change it and r

I said sausage, egg and cheese on a plain bagel twice. I guess it’s kinda my fault for not checking my order there but if I repeated it twice and you repeated it back to me once, I don’t get how you could get the order wrong. Like I don’t mean to sound rude but how do you confuse a plain bagel with a croissant.
