Ok so the cookie butter cloud latte was actually good, but I ordered a bagel with just an egg on it, and the bag smelled so bad of dirty mop water that I had to throw it away as soon as I got home. I didn't even open the sandwich. How does it smell like that when the coffee was fine??? Also got the wicked munchkins and they look real dry.

This place is a health hazard. Buyers beware. During a time of sickness and illness outbreak upon the planet cleanliness and observation equals great customer service. When you find a place such as this that only cares about making money versus the customers health this always screams red flags. See pictures for proof.

I came through the drive-thru and the employee at the window took my order but read it back incorrectly. I wasn’t given my total until I reached the window so when I tried to pay and handed her an extra dollar, she rolled her eyes, had an attitude, and was very disrespectful. The interaction felt rude and unprofessional, the experience was unpleasant. Customer service definitely needs improvement, terrible service

The young girl working there made my icecream with no gloves and even touched my cone with no gloves. After getting the icecream my 5 year old and I were sitting eating our icecream. Let’s say we sat down at 6:57 they let us eat for 3 minutes then came over and told us we have to leave because the lobby closes at 7. I just thought that was rude especially since that wasn’t posted anywhere to make customers aware. Customer service in general was just horrible.

Shut this location down the food is disgusting the employees suck and weird looking manager. The last crew that left about a year ago was the only reason i started coming here because they were on it! This crew is no good and will look at you wrong if you complain about something being made incorrectly.
