Waited about 20 min thru drive thru and place looks disgusting

this place dont do customization for your beverage. i asked for strawberry pump, for my matcha and said that they dont it coz its not in the system. like what? i ordered medium, gave me half of the medium cup of matcha ONLY and paid for the full price. crazy

So I’ve bought snack-in bacon here already a few different times and every single time. This is how the snack-in bacon turns out burnt to a crisp not to mention they still charge you for it. I can’t believe this is not the first time neither!!! I really hope management or somebody higher up see this because this is ridiculous. I mean this is every single time you order this type of bacon from them they give it to you burnt like how can you? How can you even serve a customer this and know what’s going out your window burnt smh No, you might say well why’d you go back because I know things happen and I know once in a while you’ll get a lazy employee that won’t do it right but this has been every single time Do better !

Notwithstanding the 5-8 minute wait standing at the counter waiting to be helped, they were very busy-@ the drive thru.... The bathroom [womens-wife accompanied me], was ATROCIOUS; after further looking around the place I noticed garbage-dirt-scum-all over the place, underneath everything and all around, so much, that I turned and walked away without ordering-oh no. Why would I drink a coffee with months of accumulated dirt buildup EVERYWHERE?? WOW. Can you say HEALTH INSPECTION!!!!!
