Dunkin'

I ordered a bagel with butter. I'm paying an extra $3.25 for the butter. I don't remember the exact price, but that's what it should be. I can't even see the butter inside. Why am I not getting what I paid for? It's located in an already crowded shopping mall. Do you perhaps assume they'll always have customers? Because I couldn't find any other explanation for a place with a 3.6 rating.

Very disappointing experience. I clearly asked for an extra hot coffee and repeated it multiple times while placing my order, yet no one informed me that only medium hot was available. When I raised the issue, another male staff member responded rudely and walked away while I was still speaking. That level of dismissiveness and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the coffee itself tasted extremely bitter and poorly made. Customer service and product quality both fell short. I won’t be returning.

Food- One star Service -0 stars Staff - 0 stars Staff are so rude shouting for no reason at all. No need to be rude when money is being spent there. New staff should be assigned to this place someone with more customer service experience. The people that they have now don't care about customers at all. They talk to themselves but they never answer nicely when asked nicely about a drink or about anything else. Not everyone drinks Dunkin every day. The man that was there today was so impatient and not polite at all. He should be replaced. For a mall to have a Dunkin and staff to be rude not good

I recently visited the Dunkin’ location at Roosevelt Field Mall, and it provided a solid experience. The store is clean, well-organized, and the menu options are displayed clearly on digital screens, which made ordering simple. The staff were efficient, though their engagement could be a bit more welcoming. I ordered the Berry Burst Dunkin’ Sparkling Water, Plain Bagel Minis, and a Pepsi. The drink was refreshing but leaned on the sweeter side, as expected. The Bagel Minis were warm, soft, and satisfying—perfect for a light snack. What caught my eye were the promotions for the Hash Brown Brisket Scramble and Loaded Hash Browns—great options for those craving something heartier. ❤️❤️ Love this place..All the staff is really kind and nice..Their coffee is so good. Everytime I had my coffee from here I was always satisfied with the taste and freshness..They deserve a reward..❤️❤️ Again love them.
