Dunkin'

A complaint I have towards a manager named Hannah at the Rosenberg location! I came to dunkin around 1:30pm on 09/13/2025 and I ordered a large iced matcha latte with 2 pumps of brown sugar and 1 pump of butter pecan syrup with light ice. I specified while I was ordering that I didn’t want a lot of ice because usually half the drink is always ice and nobody wants to drink a watered down drink. I always have this problem even when I order light ice, they still give me so much in my opinion. I always have to return my drink when it comes to that because I’m not sure why it’s difficult to understand light ice and that’s a very irritating thing to do everytime you come somewhere but today is what really made me do this review. Last time I ordered a coffee here, they got it wrong - gave me someone else's drink completely. I had to park and go in to have it corrected. Then, the drink I ordered was horrible. Overly syrupy with gritty brown sugar in it. Today, we were craving glazed donuts. Dunkin just doesn't do it. It's like white bread with a light sugar coating. The texture is just off. They're too dense. Unremarkable flavor. Shipley just knows how to do this. Now I know.

if i can rate them a 0 i would. terrible customer service and i asked for a large latte with light ice because i just got a root canal they didn’t fill my cup up then half of my cup was cold foam. so disappointing this is the ONLY location i have been too that does this. they are rude and the lady with the scarf screamed from across the restaurant she wasn’t even close to the drive thru window yelling saying “your cup isn’t going to be full”. where is the decency? how embarrassing. i overall had a terrible experience and i hope they work on there customer service because this is so unacceptable.

I recently tried the ice cream at Dunkin’ in Rosenberg, and it was amazing! The flavors were rich and creamy, and the texture was perfect. The place itself is nice and clean, with a friendly atmosphere. Definitely a great spot to grab a sweet treat! Highly recommend.

Update: young lady working inside in the front with piecings has good attitude and is very pleasant. She greets customers and assist i'll let it us know the progress on our orders while we wait. 9/3/25 3 star rating thanks to her. Finally, I had the opportunity to stop by and check out our new local Dunkin located in the Rosenberg Brazos Town Center. I placed my order through the app. I decided to try the $5 meal deal, and with that, you get a medium ice coffee and 2 breakfast tacos. I am glad I only spent a little over $5 because it was NOT worth it. Coffee ice coffee was trash. In their description the Coffee was described as an over night cold brew and mixed coffee blend. As an avid coffee drinker I knew right away the coffee was not as described. It was lacking flavor and did not give
