Dunkin'

Shelby runs on Dunkin’ True story, and the crew at Dunkin on US-74 is a hardworkin’ team serving up coffee, custom drinks and hot food. Drive Thru or pull in, park and say hi to the friendly folks here. Sometimes it’s just good to park for a few minutes and enjoy a coffee and bagel while starin’ out the window … Especially on a snowy Thursday!

The past two times I’ve came to Shelby I have went to Dunkin and it’s due to 7brew being so busy! We don’t have 7brew a in concord so I go to Dunkin when I’m home and the ones up in my city are great! The past two times I’ve came to this location both of my frozen coffees have tasted like creamer and ice. It’s not good. Last time I went back and asked them to put more syrup, this time I just went on about my day. I will just wait in line at 7brew next time. I foresee this location closing soon if they don’t get better

Placed a mobile order, when I arrived at the restaurant there were 6 cars in front of me. An hour later I'm at the box. They can't find my order. When they finally find it. They get it wrong. Coffee was delicious. The doughnuts were not what I ordered. Not worth the amount of time and aggravation.

They should just shut this location down. They NEVER have anything that you order. I wanted a cereal milk latte. Nope. Out of the cereal milk. My daughter wanted a vanilla bean coolatta. Nope. Can't make anything frozen. And always such natsy attitudes.

So this is directed at management/ownership, not the poor teenagers running around like chickens with their heads cut off behind the counter. Why is it okay to put out stale donuts? Especially on a Sunday morning. Like I know some sell better than others, but there's a reason your sanitation score was 94.5 (and upside down to the right of the front counter, to boot). And don't blame your employees, they put out what management tells them to. K, thanks.
