Dunkin'

I usually start my day at Dunkin’ because both I and my children enjoy it. I’m new to the area and wanted to support this location, but after my most recent visit, I will not be returning. My first visit on a Sunday was a positive experience. The store appeared to be run mostly by teenagers, but they worked well together and were polite. Unfortunately, my experience this Saturday was the complete opposite. During a busy rush, I witnessed an adult male employee repeatedly yelling at teenage girls working there. One girl was clearly doing her best to manage the register and customers, yet he continued to raise his voice at her and order her around as if she were responsible for everything happening in the store. There is one teenager named Ava. I got donuts and a mini bagels with cream cheese. Ava picked her nose and grabbed my donut without gloves. Ava then told me she put moldy cheese in my bagel and spit in it. Ava was also very disrespectful and was being a major jerk. Ava needs to get fired ASAP! If I could give this 0 stars I would.

Very friendly staff. Coffee was very hot and fresh. Donuts and sandwich were perfect.

I rarely get Dunkin’ Donuts but I did just now. I got a coffee and 2 donuts. Who puts a chocolate frosted donut in the bag upside down? Apparently they do. Therefore half the frosting sticks to the bag. It was 9:15am.
