Dunkin'

Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I ordered an iced latte, a ham and cheese croissant, and a jelly donut. When I bit into the donut, it was hard as a rock. I went back inside and told the cashier, and she said all the donuts were like that. I asked for one from the front display instead, and surprise — it was perfectly fine. Clearly not all the donuts were hard. Be careful.

If you like to wait for a long time and watch the cashier take the same drink back 2 times this is the Dunkin Donuts for you. Absolutely unhinged. Every time you come here expect to be late to wherever you’re going.

I ordered two plain bagels with cream cheese and after I waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes I get to the window and there’s two girls just having a conversation instead of attending to customers. When my 6 year old grabbed her bagel there was just a big scoop of cream cheese not even smeared as if nobody even remotely tried. I complained and the girl at the sandwich station just gave me attitude and told me she did her best, cut me off in mid conversation to tell me to have a good day. Never going back to this dump.

To be honest, this is probably the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the area!! I order the same thing every day and I ask them nicely every morning to make sure that my sandwich has no egg on it and that the cheese is melted and every time they give me unmelted cold cheese!!! It’s ridiculous that they cannot make an order right or check on an order when a customer asks them to. Do not recommend I would recommend the one at the end of Exit 17!

Ordered two wake-up wraps, and the cheese was black, and wrap was burnt and brought apart. South Glens Falls DD is horrible they took too long and actually thought someone would eat that. I will never be back to that store again. I have never had issues with the DD on Glen St. Or exit 17, but Sgf is a joke!!! Don't was your money or time!!!
