Dunkin'

Went on Christmas Day and not only was the service poor, there was a hair in one of our drinks that became noticeable once the cold foam began to dissolve.

It’s very rare I ever write a review. But I had to for this person that works at this Dunkin’ Donuts. Madison provides great service in the drive thru with an outstanding attitude. She’s friendly, efficient, and always makes customers feel welcome. Even during busy times, she stays positive and attentive, which really makes a difference. Madison is a great asset to the team and helps make every visit a pleasant one.

I did the drive thru and my coffee was wrong so I returned and it was replaced. Didn’t check my bagel until I returned to my hotel in Edison. My bagel was so hard that if I threw it at the wall, it would definitely put a dent in it. I tried calling the store but the call wouldn’t go through.

I come to this Dunkin' often before work. Service is always great when Leo’s there. He is personable and fast. Thank you so much for all that you do!

8/11/2024 Going through the drive through here was very slow. And when I finally got my order of a green tea it tasted so off I spit the rest of my sip out. I’ve had the green tea from another Dunkin’ recently and this tasted nothing like it. Tastes like bitter water, bitter almost like soap and lingers in the mouth. Made my stomach uncomfortable. The color of the tea is off, not even green, like yellow-brown. Didn’t bother bringing back to fix because I wouldn’t want to take another gamble.
