Dunkin'

This Dunkin location has very professional staff members that have great customer service skills but maybe just hard of hearing. I repeated my name several times close and the man couldn't get the name correct. I know I wasn't mumbling but the food is high quality at this store for Dunkin food.

The customer service always sucks here the drinks are not good .. today makes my last time going here she messed up my drink it was so milky I told her about it and she gave me a hot expresso shot separately to put in my ice latte . I am so confused.. disgusting

I had ordered two refreshers from here a few days ago through the app for my boyfriend and myself, and they were made and ready by the time I had arrived to pick them up. The gentleman that worked there was also very nice and friendly too. Will be back again.

Fast, friendly and efficient service. I had the mango pineapple refresher and it was so amazing!!!

I mobile ordered a donut and an iced coffee. I got back in the car, and took the donut out of the bag. It had a big hair wrapped around it, already ew. Then I tried the coffee (I get the same thing everytime) and they forgot to put the coffee in. It was just milk and sugar and I had to throw it out.
